A visa is required to travel to South Sudan. If you want to visit South Sudan you can apply only for a business visa.

Business visa requirements
The following forms and documents are required for your visa application:
The applicant is responsible for having a valid passport. Please note: this passport must be valid for six months after the end date of the visa you wish to apply for. Additionally, there must be a minimum of two empty pages side-by-side in the applicant’s passport. Please include the copy of the first page of the passport.
2.Two identical passport photos
The Consulate accepts recent passport photos, which must be in colour and of good quality.
3.Original visa application form
A visa application form needs to be fully completed. The form can be downloaded through the following link: Application form
4. Proof of Travel Arrangements
As proof, a computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or a travel agency, or a copy of the airline tickets showing entry and departure from South Sudan can be provided. Also, the hard copy of the hotel reservation needs to be included.
5.Proof of employment
Proof of employment needs to be provided by the employer of the applicant and must contain the following information: a company name and address, name of the employee, the purpose of the visit with specific dates and a sponsorship guarantee.
6.Business invitation letter from the host company in South Sudan with the company name, contact information, the purpose of visit and dates.
7.Immunisation record (yellow vaccination booklet)
A copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever (yellow vaccination booklet) needs to be provided.
The cost of a business visa contains two parts:
For a single entry visa, the amount of €75.00 is charged by the Consulate.
The handling fee is € 99.00 (excluding VAT) per passport.
