Business visa requirements
The following forms and documents need to be submitted as part of your visa application: 1.Passport 2.Two identical passport photos 3.Original visa application form 4.Business invitation letter from the host company in Indonesia with the company name, contact information, the purpose of visit and dates. 5.Proof of employment 6.Booking confirmation of your tickets 7.Authorization for the travel agency The cost of a business visa contains two parts: Consular fees Handling fee
The applicant is responsible for having a valid passport. Please note: this passport must be valid for six months after the end of the visa you wish to apply for. Additionally, there must be a minimum of two empty pages side-by-side in the applicant’s passport.
The Consulate only accepts recent passport photos, which must be in colour and of good quality.
Once completed the visa application form online, you need to make an appointment online.The form can be accessed through the following link: Application form.
In addition, the passport copy of the person who issued the invitation letter needs to be provided.
Proof of employment needs to be provided by the employer of the applicant in The Netherlands and must contain the following information: a company name and address, name of the employee, the purpose of the visit with specific dates and a sponsorship guarantee.
The hard copy of the flight E-tickets needs to be provided as proof.
In order to start the visa process, the travel agency needs authorization from the applicant.
For a single entry visa, the amount of €40.00 is charged by the Consulate.
For a multiple entry visa, the amount of €100.00 is charged by the Consulate.
The handling fee is €49.00 (excluding VAT) per passport.
